About this event
Are you experiencing a fidgity mind? Are you looking for some serenity in your life? This four week April series will provide an opportunity to explore several meditation practices.
You will be guided by Cameron McMillan. All are welcome.
Cameron has taught meditation since 2006. She has studied meditation with many teachers and attended many residential silent meditation retreats. She also graduated from the ISPP program at Barre Center for Buddhist studies in 2010 and has continued her practice with her main meditation teacher for close to 30 years.
