Are you curious about tai chi? Has a doctor recommended that you try tai chi to improve your balance and avoid falls?
Henry will explain the history and principles of tai chi, the ancient Chinese martial art and movement practice that involves slow, gentle, and flowing movements. Tai chi is practiced for a variety of health and wellness benefits that will be addressed.
Henry will demonstrate: warm up, activate chi, moving meditation, balance, and Qigong for preventing memory loss and dementia.
Henry Vuong is well known in the Roxborough community. He has been teaching at the Andorra and Roxborough libraries.
